5. Incorrect Address

• The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when they place an order. If they provide an incorrect address, they will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

• Check the shipping address carefully before buying a product from my shop. Make sure that the address is correct and that it includes all of the necessary information, such as the recipient's name, street address, apartment number, city, state, and zip code.

6. Missing items

However, if the investigation determines that the item was lost due to circumstances beyond your control, then we are not liable. This could include, but is not limited to, the following:

• A natural disaster, such as a flood or fire.

• An act of vandalism or theft.

• A shipping error.

In these cases, you may be able to file a claim with USPS to recover the cost of the missing items.

Please note that PNG files are preferred over JPEG files for printing purposes, as they offer higher quality and better clarity. If you currently have your logo in JPEG format, we recommend converting it to PNG before sending it to us.
