All sales are final and cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate changes or refunds.

You may cancel your appointment within 48 hours of scheduling. To cancel your appointment, please contact us at hello@2creativebeing.net or call 1-630-367-9143. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will process it within 24 hours.

No exchanges are allowed for any reason. This includes exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
